Born in Lisbon in 1974. Graduated in Painting (Fine Art, Lisbon University) with postgraduate studies in Curating (FBAUL/Gulbenkian). Attended post-graduation in Edition, Books and new digital media (Universidade Católica, Lisbon). As a curator she is responsible for Old School a monthly event housed by Teatro Praga that invites one artist to make a work that will be shown one night only. She was also responsible for “O dia pela noite” (day for night) a show that invited 10 artists to make works specifically for Lux Frágil club in Lisbon. She is the author of Dove’s Taste of the Day (since 2007), a blog/archive that documents through pictures and videos - exhibitions, concerts, performances and artists editions. She has collaborated with many cultural publications, either writing or taking photographs. She was the co-editor of Props magazine with Teatro Praga from 2009 to 2016.
